Clinical Psychology, Mindfulness-Compassion-Based Services

I love my work as a Clinical Psychologist and Mindfulness-Compassion-Based Coach, Supervisor, Teacher and Therapist. I have been working in the field for over seventeen years and I am still feeling very privileged in walking together with individuals and groups as they  embrace their life including  challenging experiences.


I have developed several online courses including an app called ‘Mindfulness2Go’, and a Mindfulness-Based Course for Conflict Response.     I am teaching MBSR, MBCT, Mindfulness for Self-Care, academic success, leadership to individuals, groups, and  organisations.


I am also working in higher education at a University in Perth (WA/Australia) and am hosting the Universities campus and online mindful community. 


I have been trained by Mark Williams and Zindel Segal (MBCT), Jon Kabat-Zinn (aspects of MBSR and residential retreat), Saki Santorelli (ethics in Mindfulness), James Baraz, Rick Hanson (certified PNT practitioner), Russ Harris (certified ACT therapist), Elisha Goldstein (online Mindfulness training), and Bob Stahl (MBSR/MBCT practicum and retreat), and also trained in Mindful Schools Curriculum.


I am  providing  supervision and training to  colleagues who are trained in Mindfulness.
