Regina is a Clinical Psychologist with an endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and  a fellow member of the Australian Clinical College.

Regina is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who works with adults in the areas of adjustment, anxiety, adult add, auto-immune disease and chronic pain, depression, grief, hsp, psycho-oncology, sleep disorders, stress management, and trauma.

She uses her extensive clinical experience to assist, formulate and determine effective and individualised plans to meet client's treatment goals.  Regina combines components from the modalities of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Compassion – Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Integrated CBT, Narrative Therapy, Positive Neuroplasticity, Positive Psychology, Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. She also facilitates group treatment informed by Mindfulness and Compassion.

Clinical Experience and Background

Regina has obtained her degree in Psychology in Germany and has been working in the field of Clinical Psychology since 2001.

She enjoys her work as a Clinical Psychologist and certified Mindfulness-Compassion-Based Therapist.  Regina has developed several online psycho-educational courses, webinars and a mindfulness-based app. She is highly experienced in working with groups and has extensive experience with facilitating programs like MiCBTMSCMBSRMBCT, Mindfulness for Self-Care, academic success, leadership to individuals, groups, and organisations.

Regina has worked in a tertiary environment, and more recently has been working as the Clinical Manager of the Psychological and Counselling Service at Curtin University since 2010. She continues in her role as trainer, supervisor and national Coordinator for MBSR/CT certification at the Mindfulness Teaching Institute of Australia and New Zealand (MTI). Regina hosts a world-wide mindfulness community and offers frequent online meditations and insight retreats.

In Germany, Regina has worked in private practice and was lectured in the area of Geronto-Psychology.
