I love my work as a Clinical Psychologist and Mindfulness-Compassion-Based Coach, Supervisor, Teacher and Therapist. I have been working in the field for over seventeen years and I am still feeling very privileged in walking together with individuals and groups as they embrace their life including challenging experiences.
I have developed several online courses, webinars and the ‘Mindfulness2Go’ app. I am offering MiCBT, MSC, MBSR, MBCT, Mindfulness for Self-Care, academic success, leadership to individuals, groups, and organisations.
I am also working in higher education at a University in Perth (WA/Australia) and am hosting the Universities campus and online mindful community.
I am providing supervision and training to colleagues who are trained in Mindfulness and who wish to apply for their MBSR/CT certification. Being appointed as the Certification Coordinator for MBSR/CT certifcation at MTI is very meaningful and a great way to share my expertise with every applicant.
Gratitude to my teachers
