I love my work as a Clinical Psychologist and Mindfulness-Compassion-Based Coach, Supervisor, Teacher and Therapist. I have been working in the field for over seventeen years and I am still feeling very privileged in walking together with individuals and groups as they embrace their life including challenging experiences.
I have developed several online courses, webinars and the ‘Mindfulness2Go’ app. I am offering MiCBT, MSC, MBSR, MBCT, Mindfulness for Self-Care, academic success, leadership to individuals, groups, and organisations.
I am also working in higher education at a University in Perth (WA/Australia) and am hosting the Universities campus and online mindful community.
My teachers: David Treleaven (Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, TSM), Mark Williams and Zindel Segal (MBCT), MBSR with Jon Kabat-Zinn, Saki Santorelli (MBSR), Timothea Goddard (MTIA), Rick Hanson (Positive Neuroplasticity, PNT), Russ Harris (ACT therapy), Chris Germer (University of San Diego - MSC) and Bruno Cayoun (MiCBT). I have enjoyed learning from James Baraz (Awakening Joy), Elisha Goldstein (ACIML), Bob Stahl (MBSR), Mindful Schools, Timothea Goddard (MBSR), Tina Gibbson (MSC), Maura Kenny (MBCT), and Ajahn Brahm (Buddhism).
I am providing supervision and training to colleagues who are trained in Mindfulness and who wish to apply for their MBSR/CT certification.
