Your commtiment to self and work in therapy will result in sustainable outcomes such as resilience, freedom, happiness, and wellbeing. You will cultivate  mindfulness and self-compassion and apply attitudes of non-judgment and acceptance. All of this is essential basis for enabling sustainable change and relapse prevention.

I am combining evidence-based practices in collaboration with you. This way of working creates a safe and empathic environment and forms the base for our therapeutic relationship. I support you in unlocking your inner resources, in shifting your emotional reactivity to equanimous responsiveness. And I assist you in developing self-regulating resources to increase your psychological flexibility.

Referral process: Your GPs and/or Psychiatrist can refer you for psychological services under the Medicare Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative. If a you are eligible, the GP can complete a Mental Health Care Plan with the patient. I also see private clients. If you prefer to be seen without a referral be aware that there will be no rebate claimable form Medicare.
